Code Enforcement to Begin Working Saturday Hours

Parked Boat_WEB

Beginning April 1, 2017, the Village will have a Code Enforcement Officer working Saturdays.

This is in effort to help maintain the high standards expected within the Village.  We will continue to enforce codes regarding the parking of boats, RVs and trailers per Village Code.

On April 4, 2016, Village of Tequesta Council members passed Ordinance 6-16, creating an amendment to Article III, Division II, Sections 46-73 and 46-74; requiring the creation of a no-fee permit for the parking and/or storage of all watercraft at residences within the Village of Tequesta. This includes condominiums and common areas, such as but not limited to private decks, and parking garages. The ordinance took effect immediately upon approval and the link to the ordinance can be accessed on line at https://www.municode.com/library/fl/tequesta/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=PTIICOOR_CH46MOVETR.
