The Reserve at Tequesta is located at 746 US Highway 1 just north of Publix and approximately 535 feet south of County Line Road. The development is situated on approximately 6.03 acres and will consist of 69 two-story townhomes units and amenities. This project was approved by the Village Council in January 2021.
