Public Notice Registry
The Village of Tequesta, per F.S. 50.3011, publishes our legal advertisements and public notices on the Palm Beach County publicly accessible website.
A governmental agency that uses a publicly accessible website to publish legally required advertisements and public notices shall provide notice indicating that property owners and residents may receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the governmental agency by first-class mail or e-mail upon registering their name and address or e-mail address with the governmental agency. The governmental agency shall maintain a registry of names, addresses, and e-mail addresses of property owners and residents who have requested in writing that they receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the governmental agency by first-class mail or e-mail.

CITIZEN COMMENTS
The Village Council welcomes input from its residents and the general public. Public comments / communications from citizens are limited to 3 (three) minutes. Anyone wishing to address Council should complete a “Comments by the Public” card and present it to the Village Clerk prior to the Communications from Citizens. When you are called to speak, please go to the podium and state your name and address for the record prior to addressing Council. Council will not discuss this item this evening; however, Council may choose to have the item placed on a future agenda for discussion.
